Our Team

Dr. Nafeesa Jalal

Founder & CEO

For over 15 years, Dr. Jalal has dedicated her career to women’s health, from overseeing maternal health clinics in Bangladesh to leading initiatives in breast cancer and mental health at Trillium Health Partners. Her PhD, spanning Canada and South Africa, focused on women’s access to care.

Her passion for founding Reproductive Immunology Canada, however, comes from her own fertility journey. After being quickly labelled with “unexplained infertility” without proper testing, she recognized a gap that leaves many couples without answers.

RIC was created to change that—bringing advanced testing, deeper insight, and compassionate care to help families find clarity and hope on their fertility journey.
