Service Description

KIR receptors on maternal natural killer (NK) cells interact with fetal HLA-C molecules to support implantation and placental development. A proper balance between activating and inhibitory KIRs is essential. Certain KIR/HLA-C gene combinations can disrupt this balance, increasing the risk of immune infertility, recurrent implantation failure (RIF), or miscarriage.
